STAGING SERVICES
STAGING CONSULTATION
After a walk-through of your property, we’ll sit down with you and offer suggestions for de-cluttering, cleaning, minor repairs, repainting and more. This is a great option for the DIY home owner with time to make the recommended changes.
HOME STAGING
Based on the results of a preliminary walk-through of your property, and after the recommended repairs and painting are completed, CopperLeaf Properties will stage your home with your home owner’s personal belongings. This includes rearranging furniture, addressing window treatments, and optimizing existing decorations. (Cost is based on size and condition of the home. Additional expenses may be charged.)
FULL STAGING
After inspection, recommended repairs and painting are completed, CopperLeaf Properties will bring furniture and props into an empty home or if occupied, we will utilize appropriate items as needed. This includes adding furniture, window treatments, decoratives, floor treatments, lighting, and more. (Cost is based on the size and condition of the home. Additional expenses may be charged for supplies, packing belongings and storage.

In 2000, Julie Smith became a Realtor® and for the next fifteen years thrived, generating over $28M in sales and achieving a lifetime membership in the “Multi-Million Dollar Producer Club,” a membership in the Gadsden Chamber of Commerce, Etowah Country Realtor® Association, the National Association of Realtors® and American Society of Interior Design (ASID). In 2008, Julie earned her Broker’s license and dreamed of starting her own company. She envisioned an agency that offered so much more than just selling property. In 2015, those dreams became CopperLeaf Properties. Combining Julie’s over for renovating, staging, design and investment property with the passion to find each client their perfect home makes CopperLeaf a real estate company unlike any other in NE Alabama. To help further her dream, Julie has carefully selected a team dedicated to building life-long relationships with clients. Born and raised in Gadsden, Alabama, Carmel went on to study at the Southern Institute of Design in Birmingham. After school, she honed her creativity ad interior design skills building a successful executive career with department stores such as McRae’s, Saks, Belk, and Bon Ton. Building a career also meant a lot of relocating, giving Carmel ample renovation experience from lake-cottages to mid-century homes. Carmel will be quick to tell you, “I’m passionate about ‘the feel’ of a home. A home should be inviting, comfortable to all who enter, and unique to each owner.” The philosophy and her membership in the American Society of Interior Design (ASID) made a partnership with CopperLeaf Properties as their exclusive in house designer, a perfect fit. Carmel is thrilled to be back in the south closer to family and old friends. The best part of being away…is coming home.
