JULIE SMITH is the Founder of CopperLeaf Properties, LLC., which was established in 2015. Julie has been involved in the real estate industry since 2000 and held her Broker’s license since 2008. Julie obtained her Florida Broker’s license in 2018. Early in her career she became a member of the “LIFETIME MULTI- MILLION DOLLAR PRODUCER” club and since has generated over $35 million in sales and counting, She is a member of the Gadsden Etowah Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Realtors®, Northeast Alabama and Greater Birmingham MLS, ZILLOW Premier Agent, former Dave Ramsey Preferred Local Provider and the American Society of Interior Design (ASID). CopperLeaf Properties LLC has been nominated every year since it’s inception as a finalist for the Gadsden area Small Business of the Year and in 2019 was honored to be selected by the Gadsden/Etowah Chamber of Commerce as the “2019 SMALL BUSINESS OF THE YEAR (11-50 employees) as well as the 2019 BUSINESS COUNCIL OF ALABAMA TOP TEN FINALIST SMALL BUSINESS OF THE YEAR for the STATE OF ALABAMA”

Julie is married to Randy Smith Jr. They have two children, Randy Smith III and Jordan (Steven) Henson and three grandchildren, Maddie, Reese, and Slade. She is passionate about her faith, her family, and Copperleaf Properties and the many relationships formed through the real estate business. Julie is a member of Church of the Highlands, Gadsden.
