We bought our house in 2015 and our house is on Nocollulu Mountain. We have known Julie a really long time. So, when Julie started Copperleaf, it was only natural that we would choose her to be our realtor. When we looked for a new home, we had a lot of specifics for each of us and they were different. We are opposites style wise and blending those was challenging. The house we wanted was out of our reach but Julie fought for us and took care of all the details.
We actually found out about Copperleaf from my mother, she worked with them previously, had a fantastic experience and recommended them to us. We expected the biggest challenge was selling our current home but they sold our home within a week. Then we faced finding a new home before our little one arrived. They came through for us and we found a home that was big enough for our growing family and stayed within the budget we set.
We found out about Copperleaf Properties from a long standing relationship with Randy and Julie. One of the biggest challenges that we faced when we were looking for a new home was that we wanted space but we wanted the neighborhood feel. We wanted our kids to grow up with other kids around to play with. Copperleaf Properties helped us find the perfect place and it was a fun, enjoyable experience.
