RANDY SMITH was born and raised in Rainbow City. His resume is exceptional and includes 30 plus years of experience in sales, management, upscale auctions, and residential and commercial appraising. Randy obtained his real estate license in 2004 and became a Broker in 2007. Randy began working with Copperleaf Properties, LLC. in 2018. Randy had immediate success becoming a “MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR PRODUCER” in his first year. Randy is now a “LIFETIME MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR PRODUCER”. He is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Northeast Alabama Association of REALTORS®, Northeast Alabama and Greater Birmingham MLS, and a member of the Etowah Chamber of Commerce where he is involved in the Leadership Etowah group.
Randy’s background in the Appraisal business as well as his Sales Management experience have been an asset to the Copperleaf Team. He has a confidence that sets him apart in the industry.
Randy has been married to Julie Wolfe Smith since 1982. They have two grown children, Randy III and Jordan (Steven) Henson and share three beautiful grandchildren who call him “Grandy”. Randy is a member of Church of the Highlands where he serves on the Outreach Committee.
